At Jalalsamfit, we sell digital products, including downloadable cookbooks, recipe guides, PDF files, and related digital content.
Digital Products
Because our products are delivered digitally and cannot be physically returned, all purchases are generally final once the digital product or download link has been delivered.
We encourage customers to carefully review the product description, selected language, product format, and system requirements before completing a purchase.
Refund Eligibility
We may provide a refund, replacement file, or other appropriate solution in the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You did not receive access to the purchased product because of a technical issue on our side.
- The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- You received a product or language version different from the one shown in your confirmed order.
- The digital product is materially different from its description on our website.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be provided when:
- You changed your mind after receiving or downloading the product.
- You selected the wrong product or language during checkout.
- You no longer want or need the product.
- You expected different personal fitness, weight-loss, health, or cooking results.
- You do not have compatible software or a device capable of opening a standard PDF file.
- You failed to download or save the product after access was provided.
- You shared, copied, reproduced, or distributed the digital product.
- Your request is submitted more than 14 days after purchase.
European Union and United Kingdom Customers
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Where legally required, customers may be asked during checkout to expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that their statutory cancellation right may end once delivery or access begins.
EU customers generally have statutory rights concerning digital content that is faulty, not as described, or does not function as reasonably expected.
